Why Did We Start Pederson Window Cleaning?
"I wish we never had to start Pederson Window Cleaning. When I was a diesel mechanic I talked to customers that came into the shop everyday, and everyday I would hear complaints about the service industry. "I got screwed here... They didn't show up on time..." Ect. Ect. Now look, we always took care of our customers at our shop, and that's why we were the busiest shop in Nebraska. Hearing all these complaints about servicemen, I just knew that if I started a service business, and followed simple principles, like showing up when I say I will, charging a fair price, being transparent about what I'm charging for, showing professionalism and so on. Then I would dominate. So that's why I started Pederson Window Cleaning."
But why did you start a window cleaning business?
"Window washing was cheap to get into. When I was trying to start a company, it was only 182 dollars of supplies from Home Depot to get going. Now I didn't realize the kind of learning curve it was, learning technique, and about water filtration, and all the chemicals. But once I figured out what I was doing, I wasn't breaking the bank to get going."

How often should i have my windows cleaned?We recommend having your windows cleaned at least four times a year. This is to prevent hard water deposits building up, us catching damaged seals or panes early before it becomes a larger problem, and to prevent chemical etching, damaging and potentially cracking your windows. Although for windows that are constantly wetted by sprinklers, high traffic areas like commercial, or buildings near construction or landscaping, more frequent cleanings may be necessary.

What areas do you serve?We serve the Lincoln, Omaha, and surround areas. Areas that are 30 minutes out from Omaha or Lincoln may be subject to additional travel charges. Please contact us to see if we cover your specific location.

How do you handle bad weather conditions?In case of bad weather, such as heavy rain or strong winds, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. We prioritize safety and the quality of our work.

Do I need to be home during the window cleaning service?No, you do not need to be home. However, we do need access to the inside of your property if interior windows are being cleaned, or gates to backyards and porches. Arrangements can be made to ensure your security and convenience.
